Amaranth porridge and MAMA’S Vanilla cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup amaranth, rinsed
- 1 cup vegetable milk
- 1 k.l. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons of vanilla cream
Preparation:
Rinse the amaranth and put it in a pot to boil. Then add half of the milk and cook until it boils. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat and add the rest of the milk, vanilla and cinnamon and cook slowly, stirring until it absorbs the liquid. Before the end, add vanilla cream and mix. Serve with fresh fruit if desired and vanilla cream.
