• 400g minced veal meat,
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 8-10 ready-made tortillas



Finely chop the onion and fry it. When it turns red, add the minced meat and finely chop it with a spoon. Add the tomato puree, mix well. Let it fry for 2-3 minutes, add chili salt or spicy oyster sauce if desired. In a dry pan with a lid, put one tortilla and heat it on one side at a medium temperature. Turn it over to the other side and arrange the filling.
