Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Optional:
- 1/2 tablespoon of sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave…)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- fresh fruit
- raspberry jam
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix. Leave the bowl with the chia for about 15 minutes then stir once more and leave the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or from the night before serving, stir once more, add toppings as desired, fruit. For a better taste, we recommend two large spoons of Mamas cocoa cream.
