Proja with gherkins
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml of yogurt
- 250 ml of sour water
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3-4 Mamas gherkins
- 100 g of chicken fillet
- 100 g of cheese
- 150 g of corn flour
- 150 g oat flour
- 100 g of rye flour
- 1 pastry
Preparation:
Put the eggs in a deep bowl. Beat with a whisk. We add them yogurt, sour water and olive oil. We stir. The sour ones Cucumbers and chicken fillet are cut into cubes. We crush the cheese with a fork into pieces. In the bowl with the eggs, we add the salt and pickles cucumbers, chicken fillet and cheese. We stir. We add them corn flour, oat flour and rye. We stir it at the end add the pastry. We stir. We put the mixture in a rectangular container for baking lined with baking paper. We put sesame seeds on top. We are baking in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
