Polenta with Ajvar and Cheese
Ingridients:
- 2 cups of white flour
- 1 cup of polenta
- 200 gr white cheese
- 5 spoons of ajvar
- 1/2 l of acid water
- optional salt
- 1 egg
- optional sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup oil
Preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients except sesame. Sprinkle the resulting mixture into the tray and shake it to even it out. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
